Using tried and true methods as well as new and innovative ones and technology, I build on the wealth of my qualitative research industry experience. And by incorporating the strength of my documentary filmmaking, corporate communications, and professional interviewing work, generously add that sensitivity to the discovery process. Resourcing that same curious nature, open mind, and inquiring sensibility, my approach to research is to dig beneath surface answers. Getting to a deeper wisdom and a different understanding by having people feel comfortable and encouraging them to think and feel from a level of experience that reveals their individuality and personal truth. Throughout the research, through their personal story-telling, we get a consumer's insights as full and rich as their experience. This affords us a powerful and unique view of their world -- through their eyes, in their voices.
